Tonal Trailer Tools

All 1,572 sounds.
Tonal Hits brings 108 sounds across two banks. Tonal Downers adds 168 sounds across nine programs, including one- and two-bar falls, printed stutter variations and the Johannes fade outs.
Tonal Risers contains 1,296 sounds across 18 programs. Choose one, two or four bars, with plain, eighth-note, eighth-triplet, sixteenth-note, sixteenth-triplet and thirty-second-note variations. Each riser program has 72 sounds, with the same source on the same key across variations.
Hold a key to hear the full sound; release to fade early. Downers and risers follow host tempo from 80 BPM sources. The tonal hits play in free time. The original WAVs work in other compatible DAWs and samplers too.

Every program starts at C2 (MIDI 36). Each key selects a different recording; key labels do not describe its musical pitch. Keys outside the listed ranges are unmapped. TYDE uses C4 = MIDI 60; DAW octave labels may differ. The complete keyboard map is included.

Use the latest TYDE sampler on Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) or macOS. Extract the complete Tonal Trailer Tools folder into Documents / TYDE Libraries or beside your other libraries, then click Refresh. For a new location, choose the parent library folder in Settings. Download the free sampler separately.

All 1,572 original stereo, 24-bit, 44.1 kHz WAVs are included unchanged. Use them in any compatible DAW or sampler, on any platform. The 2.64 GB ZIP also includes 29 TYDE programs, a keyboard map, license and installation PDF.
Playback and tempo details
Downers and risers follow host tempo from 80 BPM, 4/4 sources; hits remain in free time. Samples play once, with no looping or automatic start quantization: place trigger notes on your DAW grid. All programs use a 2 ms attack, full sustain, a 50 ms release and 32 voices. Each key plays its original recording without transposition, velocity layers or round robins; velocity controls level. Stutters are printed into the WAVs. The half-speed, normal and double-speed controls apply on top of tempo sync. Movable effects start bypassed and the final limiter is enabled.
