Forty grooves.
Four feels.

This box is rhythm rather than arrangement. Every file is one four-bar loop on a single track, so you drag one onto a percussion patch, repeat it for as long as the cue runs, and move on.

The four groups are the point. The same ten-loop idea is written in 3/4 and 4/4, and each of those is written twice: once straight and once in triplets. Switching a cue from a march to a rolling 6/8 feel is a matter of swapping which file you dragged in.

Nothing carries a tempo event, which is what you want from loops: they inherit your session tempo and stay locked to it wherever you move it. The notes sit between C2 and A4, the range a keymapped percussion kit expects.

Hit counts are measured across the ten loops in each group. Files are named by feel and number, so "TG 4-4 ter Loop 07" is the seventh triplet loop in four. The box ships one MP3: a 5 minute 49 second walkthrough of all forty grooves rather than a preview per loop. It is reference only and is not licensed for release.

The files are plain type 1 MIDI, one loop each on a single track. Drag one onto your timeline in Cubase, Logic, Studio One, Reaper, Ableton or anything else that reads MIDI, then duplicate it for as long as the cue needs. There is no installer, no sampler to buy and no licence to activate.

Any percussion kit

The loops carry notes and velocities between C2 and A4, the range a keymapped percussion patch expects, so they play on whatever ensemble kit you already own. The author wrote them against Heavyocity Damage 1 Armageddon Ensemble, and the included booklet says so, but nothing here is tied to it.
